Sidharth Malhotra Completes A Decade In Bollywood

Sidharth Malhotra, who started off his acting career with “Student of the year”, has completed a decade in Bollywood this year, and the actor hopes that his journey can inspire people to follow their dreams. “I think people need to see your journey from a holistic point of view… where you started off and where you are today. I have had an extreme journey [in the industry], coming from Delhi from a non-film background and being here today, working for the last 10 years and entertaining people in various different roles [has been quite a ride],” Malhotra said.

Sidharth made his Hindi film debut with Student Of The Year in 2012 which was directed by Karan Johar. He then did movies like Hasee Toh Phasee, Brothers, Kapoor & Sons, and Shershaah. Shershah has been his most loved and celebrated movie of all time. Sidharth, 37, shared this thinking about the journey till now: “I feel anything is possible if you put your mind to it. Everyone’s opinion is not what you have to go by. You should live by your gut instincts, dedication and obsession about a field while trying to achieve it. I am a prime example of that and I hope that youngsters take inspiration from it.”

The name of her biopic is going to be “Shabaash Mithu”, and it will be directed by Rahul Dholakia. Taapsee Pannu is going to play Mithali Raj’s role in this movie. As a matter of fact, it was Taapsee Pannu who officially announced this news on Twitter. Taapsee Pannu uploaded a few pictures of her and Mithali Raj with Rahul Dholakia. They were seen celebrating Mithali Raj’s birthday. She posted the photos, wished Mithali Raj and said that she will give her best and will try to portray Mithali’s role in the best way possible.

Well, it’s not just her acting skills which will be needed in the movie. Taapsee will have to learn cricket like a professional and study Mithali Raj’s playing style in order to “give her best” as Mithali raj, on screen. Top Netflix Shows Worth Bingewatching

Netflix & chilling has become a prominent part of a millennial’s life now. Whether it’s a Tinder date, or simply a bunch of friends hanging together. Watching web series is a must for them. But what do people prefer to watch? People keep watching old movies, TV series and web series again and again because they don’t know what else to watch. Even if there’s something new on Netflix to watch, we still prefer watching the old series, because we don’t want to risk wasting our time watching something new that we might not like. But what if someone will suggest you some good series and give you a gist about those series? Then you’ll have options to choose from, and you’ll also know beforehand if the storyline is going to be interesting enough for you or not. So, in this article, I’ll you about 3 Netflix shows that I’ve been binge-watching, and then you can choose which one would you like to watch. BTW, you might end up watching all three shows because they’re damn interesting.

LUCIFER

I know, I know. The name states everything about the show, right? Just another story of the devil LUCIFER. But here’s the thing. You won’t be able to predict the story of this show. It’s not the same Lucifer vs Michael storyline. Lucifer has retired from The Hell, and is now living in Las Vegas and is known by the people there as Lucifer Morningstar, the notorious business tycoon, who also helps his Detective friend, Chloe, in solving crime mysteries. Sounds pretty interesting, right? ‘Cause it is damn interesting!

Brooklyn Nine-Nine

We grew up watching shows like FRIENDS and HIMYM. But we’re so much in love with these shows that we don’t even watch new comedy series. So one day, I decided to skip my normal routine of watching Friends, and started watching this show called “Brooklyn Nine-Nine”, and boy was this show good. I loved the characters and the entire setting of the show. One of the finest comedy shows in recent times. I’ll tell you about the show. It’s about cops and detectives. Jake is a major character of the show, who considers himself the best detective of the precinct, and he also has daddy issues. LOL. Captain Holt is the first gay captain in the history of any precinct there. Oh and he is really proud of this fact. And then there’s Rosa and Boyle. Rosa is basically a human version of a robot and Boyle has too many emotions, and he is the best friend of Jake, or so he says. You’ll definitely not be disappointed after watching this show, that I can assure you.

So here are the two shows which I’ve been binge-watching lately and I have not been disappointed so far. Oh and trust me when I say I’m a very selective person when it comes to watching movies, TV series or web series. So you can definitely, at least, try out watching a few episodes of these shows and then decide yourself whether you want to continue or not. I’m sure you will end up watching the entire series.

After watching the trailer of this show I can really say that he indeed is “Superman” because no matter what role he plays, he nails it.

Witcher is a fantasy drama, based on the book series by Andrzej Sapkowski. As the name suggests, it is going to be all about witches, magic and a lot more. Henry Cavill is playing the lead role in this show, and he has won people’s hearts, already. That man is just majestic. This show is probably going to be the most hyped series in 2019. People have even started to say that it might even surpass “Game Of Thrones”. In short, “The Witcher” is ready to dethrone the “Game Of Thrones” show as the best fantasy drama. The action sequences in the trailer are absolutely jaw-dropping and out of the world. People are saying the action sequences in “The Witcher” are better than in “Game Of Thrones”.
