Red to Black.
Red is the colour of love.
But it made my life, blue.
It turned my life upside down.
I felt the tremors, every night.
The pain, the sorrow and the fright.
I used to wake up, shaken, with teary eyes.
Red, now definitely not love, but rage.
Rage, which, now, runs through my veins,
filling my mind with thoughts, unpleasant,
bit by bit, making me feel, I’m going insane.
This heart was supposed to be, red,

jispar itna naaz hai hum karte?

Kabtak is bhed bhav ke keechad

me doobki lagaoge, kab tak puri

duniya ke nazro me hume giraoge?

Jao, girebaan me jhaanko kabhi

khud ke, aur batao kya kiya hai

tumne apne vatan ke liye jispar

tumhe naaz ho?

Karm kiye tumne aise hai

ke khade ho jao gar tum

sagar ke is oor toh wo bhi

badal de apna kinara.

Nafrat ki aag me jalna band karo,

mohabbat ki raah apnao, luft hai alag uska,

mehsoos karo kabhi is ehsaas ko,

ye vatan hai mera, ye vatan hai tumhara.

Bachpan se ye hi kehte ho na, bhul gaye?

Saare jahan se acha, Hindustan humara.

When I look into the mirror.

I see a sheer reflection of

Devastation

Catastrophe

Frustration

A cursed soul

Leading to Damnation.

But that’s not it.

There’s more to it.

Beyond this reflection,

I, also, see​ a sheer reflection of

Love and Glee

Courage 

A kind heart

A will as strong as of a knight

A person who never gave up

A person who always was ready to fight

A person who cares about others

Who always try to make their day brighter​.

When I look into the mirror.

I see, what others can’t see.
