Hope.
There’s always someone out there,
who loves you, standing among
all those who envy you.
There’s always someone out there
who is there to support you,
for they care about you, truly.
All you need to do is, find them.
Not easily found, but when found,
you can cherish them forever.
There’s always a ray of hope,
beyond that eerie darkness.
All you need to do is, trust yourself,
trust yourself that you can
make it to the end.
All you need to do is
hold on to that thought,
that you’re going to walk past
this darkness and you will
reach and get that ray of hope,
not because you want it, but
because you deserve it.
Believing in yourself is the most
essential thing, and this is a lesson,
which is not taught in any institution.
You need to learn this lesson of life,
on your own. Thrive, my friend thrive.

Steps to build your human.
A melophile.
A selenophile.
A caring human,
Who has the guts
to stand against the evil.
Who’s not drenched
in ego and pride.
Who likes to live like a saint,
but when the time comes,
can fight like a samurai.
I’d also give my human,
the traits of the shrike.
This is how I’m going to build my human,
This is what he/she is going to be like.

Rain.
Rain, my old friend,
you have always been a close confidante,
since the beginning.
Whenever I needed to veil my teary eyes,
you were there, to back me up.
Falling from the sky, leaving the clouds,
coming down, just to meet me,
to console me, tell me, that,
I can weep in front you, for you’re a friend.
I remember, one day when I couldn’t hold it back,
I gave up on everything and I wailed,
You, too, cried with me, and that day, it hailed.
The weather became dismal,
You told the world how lonesome I felt,
but no one listened, no one cared.
Rain, my old friend, I’m calling out for you, again.
Where have you gone? I need you here with me.
Melancholia has again clouded my life,
I’m, again, drowning in the river of sorrow and pain.
Rain, my old friend, I’m calling out for you, again.

Proud.
You grew up too early, kid.
Things never were easy for you, I know.
You were left alone, you were just a kid.
A kid afraid of this humongous world,
but you couldn’t show.
You couldn’t make friends,
You lived in a world of your own.
You cried alone, you didn’t go out much,
No one was there to console you, help you,
You did that, too, on your own.
Things were not easy for you,
But you understood everything,
Never complained to mom and dad,
Why did they go away to work,
Leaving you all alone.
For you understood,
they did that, for you.
You faced all the problems,
Which a kid wasn’t supposed
to handle on his own, but you did.
You did and you overcame those barriers,
and you excelled at whatever you did.
It’s me, your future self.
I’m writing this letter,
on behalf of your family
and me, to tell you,
” You brave, brave little boy,
We’re so proud of you. ”
